When do orders get shipped?
Once the order is place and payment has been received by Paypal, orders leave our warehouse within in 3-5 business days. If an item is not in stock, we will issue you a full refund or place the request on back order.
Are the products purchased refundable?
Given the hygenic nature of the products we sell, we are not able to accept refunds on wigs, hair piece, hair and beauty product. as this would be contrary to state and provincial health and safety laws.
Do you accept checks or money orders?
Orders are paid for using paypal, however if you would like to make payment for an order by check or money order, please contact [email protected] and our customer service team will be able to assist you.
